These terms govern your use of https://rainbowgraphic.co.uk and any services provided by Rainbow Graphics Design Ltd ("Rainbow", "we", "us"), registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13268029). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide IT support, cloud, cybersecurity, custom software development, web & app design and creative services. The specific scope, deliverables and price of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you.
Quotes and payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Managed service plans are billed monthly in advance; project work is billed as set out in the agreed proposal.
- Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or our own pre-existing tools and frameworks, which remain licensed rather than assigned. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information and approvals needed to deliver the services, and to use our services and any software lawfully.
Warranties and liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service with reasonable written notice as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
